HRMS Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an HRMS Implementation Consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing digital HR solutions. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring HR processes, coordinating implementation activities, and supporting users throughout the implementation journey. 70° Solutions specifically focuses on HR automation areas such as onboarding, timekeeping, leave management, payroll, asset management, and reimbursements.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

Understand client HR processes and system requirements.
Coordinate HRMS implementation projects.
Configure and validate HR workflows.
Assist with employee data migration and validation.
Conduct system demonstrations and user training.
Coordinate with technical and client teams.
Troubleshoot implementation-related issues.
Prepare implementation documentation and reports.
Provide post-implementation support.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or experience working with HRMS/HR technology platforms.
